Car Hire Terms

The Client

• The client must have a valid driving license from their country of residence or a driving permit that is internationally recognized.
• They also must be over 24 years of age and must have held their driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
• They also must also be in possession of proper means of identification other than a driving license such as a valid passport

Cash Deposit

The car hire deposit payable should is equivalent to the estimated total cost of the hire is required. The final adjustments will be made on completion of the hire.

Insurance

A compulsory daily insurance charge is payable by the client. All our vehicles are insured but in all cases (unless by willful or negligent damage) the first KShs. 2000/= of any damage is payable by the car Hirer. The Loss or damage of tyres, car tools, windscreens or windows is not covered by insurance.

Theft Protection

The vehicle must be locked when unattended. The vehicle must not be parked in a public area for long periods. The car Hirer is responsible for the security of vehicle and in the event of theft is liable for payment of KShs. 2000/=. The Hirer must not carry passengers for reward or gain.

Car Hire Agreement

Any car that is hired under a self-drive contract is subject to the Company's standard form of agreement. Notwithstanding the above conditions the Company reserves the right to refuse a hire at any time without assigning any reasons.

Petrol and Oil

Self drive rates exclude petrol and oil.

Calculated from one destination to the next in Kilometers.
